it stalled!

I was installing TotalAV and it just said wait while we set something about malware. Nothing happened. I refreshed the window and was able to go to my account. That showed that I have the TotalAV installed. Not a good look for my first encounter with TotalAV....

TotalAV is a good allrounder, but does have weaknesses in my view. Two best examples: 1) I did a full scan today to find I have several live malware threats that TotalAV suggested (in red!) that I quarantine - why was I not aware of this by alerts to get them gone? 2) The system has a duplicate file delete system, but it's very basic. Sometimes files are duplicated for good reason - the same image or info necessary in two different places. I'd like to see a more useful UI in this area so that I can see clearly what the duplicates are, where to find them and which - if any - to delete.

HI. I have had TotalAV for over one year. Recently I added total AD-block. That forced me to delete TotalAV from my laptop as I could not come out on internet regardless of website!
Now I have reinstalled the ToatAV not enabling Total AD-block. Now it works again.
