I used Total Av to see if I could free up 'other' space on my mac.

Simple and easy to use and have never had an issue ! my only complaint is they will give you free trials for add on without you asking and will automatically add and charge you for them unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Very Weird....downloaded the "FREE" download, only to find out it was "expired", even though I never used it. This happened immediately after I downloaded it. Then it mentioned a 70% off with no mention of even the cost before or after the 70% off. I am really leary as the ad said they wanted it in every household to have it for free. Is this a way to get into my/your computer and get information??? My advise: Don't download it!!

Over this past few weeks, I tried as of tonight 4 times to scan my computer. The first 3 times, when I click Start Scan, the green circle went but stopped in less than 5 minutes, and no numbers ever showed on the bottom of scan square. Si, I figured that you updated this program so fast, you left out material that makes the scan work properly. But tonight, it scanned with numbers showing and went the full cycle in over 5 minutes. Your old scans from last year and before, the squares were a lot more easily to understand than this one you use now. I think you get too much in changing product design and not seeming to care what your customers have enjoyed all this time. You can improve the scan depth for cleaning, but leave the old squares tha...Visa Mer

The programme may or may not be working but I cannot get Real Time Protection enabled and the Virus Scan sometimes works. I definitely cannot get any customer support, despite contacting them 3 times. Unless you are tech proficient, I would look else where. I feel like I am rolling the dice on protection.

I think that the service is very good but I wonder whether the "delete duplicate files" could be simplified a little . For example, when I delete a file there, since it is a "duplicate" file, do I assume that a copy of that file still remains on the computer?

it found 34+ GB Junk windows files when I used the free Program, but after upgrading to the Pro version didn't, find any of these?

I love your anti-virus. The only thing I dislike is the presence of those annoying pop ups. They cost you a star.
